How you're charged

Your card is authorized when you submit payment, but only charged after your fax is confirmed delivered. If it can't be delivered, the authorization is released automatically — or you're refunded if it had already been captured. Either way, you do not ultimately pay for a fax that doesn't go through, and no support ticket is required.
