Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use FaxStamp, a service operated by Sparkman Group LLC, to send a fax. By using FaxStamp you agree to them.
The service
FaxStamp sends a single fax per order, for a one-time price shown before you pay. There's no account and no subscription — each fax is its own transaction.
Acceptable use
You must have the legal right to transmit the document and to contact the recipient at the destination fax number. Don't use FaxStamp for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited fax marketing, or to impersonate another person or organization. We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe violates these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the destination number and document before authorizing payment. Transmission starts automatically after authorization and generally cannot be canceled once it begins.
Payment and refunds
Your card is authorized when you submit payment and charged only after your fax is confirmed delivered to the destination fax system. If it can't be delivered, the authorization is released, or you're refunded if it had already been captured.
No guarantee of delivery
We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your fax, including automatic retries on transient failures, but delivery depends on the destination fax system and telephone carriers, which are outside our control. Confirmed delivery means the fax reached the destination fax system — not that a specific person has read it.
No warranty
FaxStamp is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. FaxStamp is a general-purpose fax service — it's not HIPAA compliant, independently certified, or a certified-delivery service. Do not rely on it as the sole proof of notice or for time-critical legal deadlines.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sparkman Group LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of FaxStamp is limited to the amount you paid for the fax in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the version currently in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
